When you sign up for a free trial or subscribe to Loomiel, we collect:
Loomiel uses a single session cookie (loomiel_session) to keep you logged in after authentication. This cookie is strictly functional — it contains only your session identifier and is required for the service to work. It is not used for advertising, tracking, or analytics.
Loomiel does not use third-party cookies, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind.
Loomiel does not use analytics tools that track you across sites. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not collect browser fingerprints, device identifiers, or location data beyond what is present in standard server access logs.
Loomiel's intelligence system monitors publicly available social media posts to detect narrative timing signals. This data is public content posted by third parties — it is not personal data collected from Loomiel users. No private messages, protected accounts, or non-public content is accessed.
Your personal data is used solely for:
We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content. All email communications are transactional and directly related to your account or the service.
Loomiel uses the following third-party services that may process your data under their own privacy policies:
We do not share your personal data with any other third parties. No data is sold or transferred for advertising or marketing purposes.
Trial account data (email address, access logs) is retained for 30 days after trial expiry, then deleted. Paid account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records for tax purposes).
Access to the Loomiel Terminal is secured via authenticated tokens. All connections use HTTPS encryption. Passwords are stored using salted cryptographic hashes. Subscriber tokens can be revoked immediately if compromised.
While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
Loomiel's servers are located in the United States. By using the service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States. If you are accessing the service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and stored in the United States.
Loomiel is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
Loomiel does not track users across third-party websites and does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, as we do not engage in the type of cross-site tracking that DNT is designed to prevent.

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have additional rights including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Loomiel does not sell personal information.
