You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Loomiel service. By creating an account or starting a trial, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Loomiel provides narrative timing intelligence for crypto markets. The service monitors public social media activity, classifies narrative phases, and outputs decision states (Watch, Caution, Avoid) for identified narratives.
Loomiel does not custody, hold, or transmit any digital assets or funds. Loomiel does not execute trades on your behalf. The service is strictly an informational tool.
Loomiel may modify, update, or discontinue features of the service at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to algorithms, scoring systems, data sources, output formats, and delivery methods.
Loomiel is an informational tool. Nothing provided by Loomiel constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All output is for informational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions. Loomiel does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any asset. Past performance of identified narratives does not guarantee future results.
You acknowledge that Loomiel outputs are informational signals derived from publicly available data and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment or trading decision. You agree to conduct your own research and due diligence before acting on any information provided by the service.
Trading and investing in digital assets involves significant risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, operate 24/7, and can experience rapid price movements at any time.
Loomiel's timing intelligence reflects the state of publicly observable data at the time of computation. Market conditions can change rapidly and without warning. No algorithm, model, or analytical system can predict future market behavior with certainty.
The Loomiel free trial provides access to the Loomiel Terminal for seven (7) days and does not require payment information. Telegram alerts and daily digest notifications are not available during the trial period.
At the end of the trial period, trial access expires automatically. No charges are incurred during or after the trial unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid subscription. Each email address is eligible for one trial.
Loomiel reserves the right to revoke or deny trial access at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse, multiple account creation, or any other activity that circumvents the one-trial-per-user policy.
Continued access to the Loomiel Terminal after the trial period requires an active paid subscription. Paid subscriptions begin only after you explicitly upgrade and provide payment information. No automatic billing occurs as a result of starting a free trial.
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring billing terms presented at checkout. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to the service. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@loomiel.com before initiating a dispute.

All algorithms, scoring systems, phase classifications, models, datasets, visualizations, user interface designs, and analysis outputs are the intellectual property of Loomiel. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to access and view the output for your own use.
Loomiel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. In cases of termination for violation of these terms, no refund will be provided. Loomiel shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loomiel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses from trades or investment decisions informed by Loomiel's output. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California.
You agree to waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Loomiel. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Loomiel makes no guarantees regarding:
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outputs reflect the data available at the time of computation and may change as new data is ingested.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service.
